How Patience Was Key for Michael in Finding a House

"I think the main thing is that they are just super patient people. They did a lot of listening and when they did a lot of listening, they let us talk through the issues. One example I can think of was riding around the city with Melissa and letting my wife and I talk things through about what we saw, what we were speculating, and making suggestions just between the two of us. Then Melissa would just kind of interject something to push our conversation into another direction. She didn't necessarily say you should do this, but she would take our conversation and nudge it one direction. I think that's what all of them do - whether it's from that process of house hunting or like when we were doing the inspection. We'd go to Sheila, and we would just ask a question of concern. If we would kind of take our nervousness and put it at a really high number; she would temper that down and bring that down and say the reality is this - not what you're thinking." - Michael E.
