How Sheila Went Above and Beyond for Anna

"They were really professional. They were really responsive anytime we emailed them or called them. We had a crappy closing situation where the keys got lost in transit. Someone had to come back down to the Chicago office from the suburbs to give us the keys. Anyway, it took like over an hour for them to get here. So me and the other person that I was closing with we were sitting in the lobby totally did not expect or need anyone to stay with us for the duration of that hour. Sheila stayed in the lobby with us was super friendly waited 100 percent there until the keys were in our hands even though she was absolutely not required to do that.
