About Dave

Originally from California, Dave has lived in Chicago for over 20 years. He has spent the past 25 years with the primary focus of serving clients – whether own-ing his own small business in his early 20’s, as district manager at a well-known car rental company, or over the past 16 years working as a full-time residential realtor in Chicago. Dave’s business has been based almost entirely by referral, and thrives on making sure every step of the process is handled enthusiastically and professionally. Dave has successfully helped over 400 clients buy, sell or invest in real estate. Dave is consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Illinois realtors.
