How We Took Courtney Through the Steps of Buying a House

"Dave sat down with my husband and me before we went out and looked at anything and sort of went through the steps of looking for a house and what to expect. Dave was good he went through everything from, you know, deciding which area to search in, to the closing and what to expect through each of those different phases. They were really great communicators. Before we went, you know, put in any offers or went back in forth with offers Dave would go and call us and text us and go over exactly what we were comfortable with and what he was planning on saying. We were all on the same page every step of the way. They were so accommodating we were actually living out of town trying to look for a home so we could only come up on the weekends.
